I have also seen "sin resolución del juez" when it comes to legal proceedings, but I believe that the above answer is what you need here..........

no denegado, no disuelto, no cancelado

En Estados Unidos también se usan los términos denegado, disuelto para 'dismissed."

La corte denegó las causales de la demanda.

El caso se mantiene en vigor; no ha sido cancelado o denegado.
Realmente en todos los años en que fui parte de juicios y escuché a los intérpretes asignados, nunca oí usar otra palabra.

Incluso como término informal, muchas veces se dice : La corte no ha tumbado el caso...
