in-stent restenosis study
I am working on a medical report on a patient who participated in a study on in-stent restenosis. There is an abbreviation I cannot resolve: "FI". It occurs in the following context under "Aufnahmebefund":
"Herzaktion regelmaessig, 3/6 Systolikum, punctum maximum ueber dem 2. ICR re. parasternal ohne FI."
"Herzaktion regelmaessig, 3/6 Systolikum, punctum maximum ueber dem 2. ICR re. parasternal ohne FI."

without radiating/ without radiation
My answer is based on the assumption that Fl is for Fort*l*eitung, which is radiation/radiates in this context.

Soft blowing early diastolic decrescendo murmur; Heard best at the left 2nd ICS without radiation;
The systolic crescendo-decrescendo murmur is heard best over the pulmonic valve (left 2-3rd ICS) and radiates prominently in a dorsal direction into the post-stenotic dilatation of the main pulmonary artery.

Go with Melanie's answer. It's still a typo though.
