Also, one term per question. Which piece of this phrase do you need help with, "Scherfestigkeit" or "ungealtert ... "? If both, you need to make two entries.

Ageing can be natural (i.e. the passage of years,) or, more likely in this document, produced by artificial means as a method of testing the steel's resistance to the natural ageing process.

On reflection, "resistance to axial shearing in the unaged and aged condition" is how it would be expressed in a UK technical document.
