Lighting for fitted furniture
the complete phrase is "interruptor de cruce + enchufe" and it comes in a catalogue of fitted bedroom furniture which includes light fittings. The illustrations show what looks like a wall socket with a double switch and a circuit diagram labelled tensión - luz - conmutador - cruce - conmutador. The other item listed is "interruptor conmutador + enchufe" and I will post this next as only one term may be posted at a time.

three-way switch
This is a wild guess, but often a light has switches that turn it on from two different locations, and this is called a "three-way switch" because of the way the switch is wired -- not because it offers three different options!
