In my water management glossary I have "upstream (water)collector", which is probably right if it's to do with water management rather than buildings.

drain pies or guttering

Given that I am guessing it is part of the building, I suppose it could refer to the guttering. Though that would of course normally be "canalera".

POSTSCRIPT: according to a Google search, a col·lector en alta seems to be part of a system for gathering rainwater, if my brief glabce through the related web pages is correct.
