Es kommt in einem IHK-Zeugnis vor:

Entsprechend der einschlägigen Ausbildungsordnung ist er / sie über die Grundzüge der für den Betrieb einer Schank- und Speisewirtschaft notwendigen lebensmittelrechtlichen Kenntnisse unterrichtet worden und kann deshalb mit ihnen als vertraut gelten.

Gibt es im E etwas ähnliches? Ich finde z.B. für Schankwirtschaft alles von "licenced premises" bis "pub". Passt alles nicht so richtig ...

Let's wait to see what the Aussies say, but bar service seems to be the preferred term down under. In the US, we'd use alcoholic beverage service.
