Thanks, Dylan. Yes, indeed, I did consider "Our Lady of Sorrows", but "Our Lady of Suffering" seemed closer to the Czech original.
neutral Pavel Blann : dear lingua chick, you translated "Naše Panna Marie Trpitelka", not "žena bolesti" // Suffering is mainly "utrpení", which can cause pain "bolest". Our Lady is mainly "Panna Marie", woman is "žena", etc.

Hi again, Pavel. In the context here "suffering" means "pain". Please see Roget's Thesaurus :-)// Dear Pavel, we are not talking about any old "zena", but the Blessed Virgin Mary. I appreciate your comment, but am sorry to have to disagree.
