Официальным перевод можно было бы рассматривать официальную английскую версию самого вышеуказанного органа г.Москвы. Такового нет. Поэтому можно использовать несколько версий других официальных органов, которые имеют англоязычные тексты, и в которых упоминается данная аббревиатура. Обычно используются такие названия для ГУВД г.Москвы:
