My father was an Aurvedic doctor, therefore I am knowing commonly spoken words. But the fact is different, nowadays the allopathic advances are narrowing down to different aspect of a particular disease. In those days it was not so. Therefore there are no suitable terms available. It is better to transliterate them. Gathia, in English is known as Gout. Here I would leave it to peers to take decision.
