agree Tamara Salvio : as gad said, no reason it couldn't be this as well, as "cadre" can refer to jr. management as well as senior; context is key. I agree 100% w/your comment Maciej.

thanks Tamara, I really preferred using management here since executive, in fact, is "too narrow" here
