Would something like the following work? "all of his statements regarding xxxx be fully and unconditionally deemed repeated and incorporated herein." work?

I don't see the need to put in "unconditionally" -

what you suggest yourself seems to be taken from Van den End - a good thing I would say

agree Deborah do Carmo : the "gaaf" in this context does need to be translated from a legal perspective (it's not just a synonym for geheel, although it can be) - but it's not unconditionally, it's more in the sense of "zuiwer" - in its unaltered entirety would possibly work
