Assuming (as I believe) that the text you're translating is not direct advertising (for the bakery) but in fact for the Austrian Lebensministerium, I don't think you really need to render the "Erlebnis" element. Just looks like a tackily designed rustic-style restaurant to me (a combination of huge wooden wagonwheels and plastic/chrome chairs). "Themed" wouldn't necessarily be wrong, assuming you can make out exactly what kind of "theme" is intended ...
