Swedish to English Tech/Engineering Other regulations on storage of dangerous goods

"Linkap för räddningsändamål"
Included in a list of items to which the regulations on the storage of dangerous goods do not apply. I found some examples on the web, but they look the same as a "linkastare" which appears in a separate item further down the list: "Nödraketer, nödsignaler, linkastare och annan räddningsutrustning" - so I need to distinguish between them.
