So "�����O" is suitable here.

hard to say without more context...
"We were served breakfast approximately 1 hour *before landing*" (in the plane, etc.)が考えられるがレストランのメニューとの関連は...

"Fish served in our restaurants was caught no more than 3 hours *before landing*" とか.....

Before landing とはあまりにも意味が広い。Kathyさんが言っているように文脈不足すぎます。ですが、レストランなのでこんなところかなという推測です。
