local exhaust (ventilation)
the 1st ref. suggests local exhaust and plenty Googles for the proposed term in a pharmaceutical context (2nd ref.); not sure if my interpretation is correct, though

the Rühr...to be aired out via the local exhaust
'air out' is the standard for 'entlüften'. 'Ventilate' means a continuing supply of cooling air. Typically, you open the window to 'air out' a room.
