Für Ihre individuellen Türfronten bieten wir Ihnen z.B. insgesamt ca. 30 unterschiedlich, **rückseitig** farbig lackierte Gläser zur Auswahl.
Basically there are different door panels, wood, laminate etc and coloured glass.
How do I convey this? Treated on the rear face? Painted on the inside i.e facing into the wardrobe ( but as it's glass (and not solid) you can see the colour.) Thanks for any suggestions.

"on the back of the glass" seems to be a very common expression. Plenty of google hits.

Cilian O'Tuama
: I don't think I've ever seen this used in English outside of a medical context - (why not occasionally provide a few words by way of explanation?)

Comment: "Thanks for your contribution, but dorsal is mostly used in a biological context e.g. dorsal fin on a fish."
