The other one states 'icing sugar + egg white + glucose'. In my dictionary, both 'egg white' and 'albumen' are '卵白'. Help!

albumen (also albumin) is a protein in egg white, and in cooking ¥"卵白¥" should be enough and fit.

agree KathyT : Yes, when cooking, egg white should be sufficient, while large-scale manufacturers often use a powdered form of the protein extract (albumen).

agree Minoru Kuwahara : 粉砂糖 for "icing sugar" would be probably easiest to know what it is... アルブミン would be 卵白 as everybody mentions. -

アイシング用粉砂糖+卵白+クエン酸

Also albumen is 「アルブミン」or「胚乳」.
