Anything to the contrary contained in sub-paragraph 7.2, you should pay one (1) Master of the Master Recording appearing on the A-side (first track)of a single configuration embodying from one to three tracks and performed by the Artist, the normally applicable royalty rate to us for such "A-side Master" and shall not be prorated on the basis of the number one (1) compared to the total number of tracks reproduced on such single, but shall be payable on the normally applicable basis ("The A-side protection").
