请注意: title deed [律]所有权证书(尤指地契)
property 一般指地产,或包括建筑物、树木和土地在内的不动产
在中国,房屋所有权证和地契是分开的。

FYI -

For “房屋所有权证”–"title deed" is a sound and universally accepted translation.

For “共有权保持证”–that depends on who you are sharing the property with?
If its between a couple (married or not), “community property right” is a universal description for ‘共有权’between couple. Otherwise, ‘joint ownership’ will do fine!

‘保持’ serves no added legal sense in here and can be omitted in translation; if you are not comfortable with this, use ‘holder or owner’ for ‘保持’, my recommendation is “just skip it!”

use ‘certificate or certification’ for ‘证’ depends on you are talking of a physical piece of paper or something else!

I hope this help!
