Home Detention Program
Level 1- Electric Monitoring House Arrest
Youth shall not be anywhere except home, school, employment, attorney appointments, counseling and court ordered appointments.
*Youth is NOT allowed in the community except for the above locations.
Level 2- Electric Monitoring Community
Youth shall not be anywhere except home, school, employment, attorney appointment, counseling and court ordered appointments, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Level 3- House Arrest Community
(All the same rules as Level 2 without the EM/GPS unit)
Youth shall not be anywhere except home, school, employment, attorney appointment, counseling and court ordered appointments, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Level 4- Home Detention
Youth may go places with parent/guardians verbal permission.
Youth must inform parents of whereabouts at all times while in the community.

Standard Rules for all Levels
Youth shall keep parents and Home Detention staff informed of their whereabouts at all times.
Before leaving home and upon returning to home, youth shall notify Home Detention of whereabouts.
Parents needs to verbally confirm when taking the youth on House Arrest. (503-846-3566)
Youth shall notify Home Detention by phone of any absences or suspensions from school.
If youth stay home sick or get suspended from school, they are not to go anywhere in the afternoon/evening hours.
Youth shall avoid contact with individuals per Court Order.
Youth shall not violate any local, federal, or state law.
Parent/guardian shall notify Home Detention of any violations of the program rules.

Youth shall obey all reasonable rules of parent/guardian.
Family shall notify Home Detention of any change of address before moving.
No friends over unless parents are home and supervising, and no overnights while on the program.
No after school activities without prior approval from Home Detention staff.

Standard Rules of Electronic Monitoring
Youth must charge EM/GPS anklet for two (2) hours every day.
Youth and family will be held responsible for loss or damage to the EM/GPS equipment.
Replacement cost for the unit is $1000.00.
Replacement cost for the charger is $75.00.
Youth is not allowed to submerge EM/GPS unit underwater.
Showers only.
On Electric Monitoring youth must be inside their residence from 11pm-6am.
*Advancing to the next level is up to Home Detention staffs discretion based on youth’s performance on the program.

Program kućnog zatvora
Nivo 1 –Kućni istražni zatvor sa elektronskim nadzorom
Maloljetnik ne smije boraviti nigdje osim u kući, u školi, na radnom mjestu, na posjetama kod pravnog zastupnika radi savjetovanja ili posjeta koje je odredio sud.
Maloljetnik ne smije obavljati nikakve društvene aktivnosti osim gore navedenih mjesta.
Nivo 2 – Pritvor sa elektronskim nadzorom
Maloljetnik ne smije boraviti nigdje osim u kući, u školi, na radnom mjestu, na posjetama kod pravnog zastupnika radi savjetovanja ili posjeta koje je odredio sud, osim ako nije u društvu roditelja ili staratelja.
Nivo 3 – Istražni zatvor u kući
Vrijede ista pravila kao za nivo 2 bez EM/GPS narukvica.
Nivo 4 – Kućni pritvor
Maloljetnik se može kretati uz usmeni pristanak roditelja ili staratelja.
Maloljetnik mora obavijestiti roditelje o tome kuda se kreće sve vrijeme dok je u ovoj zajednici.

Opšta pravila za sve nivoe
Maloljetnik će uvijek obavještavati roditelje i službenike Kućnog zatvora o mjestima na kojima boravi.
Prije nego što napusti dom i nakon što se vrati kući maloljetnik će izvjestiti
službenike Kućnog zatvora o svim mjestima gdje je boravio.
Roditelji trebaju usmeno potvrditi kada preuzimaju maloljetnika u kućni istražni zatvor.

Maloljetnik će obavijestiti službenike Kućnog zatvora o svim odsustvima ili suspenzijama iz škole.
Ako maloljetnik zbog bolesti ostane kod kuće ili je suspendovan iz škole, ne smije nigdje ići u popodnevnim ili večernjim satima.
Maloljetnik mora izbjegavati kontakt sa svim osobama prema sudskom nalogu.
Maloljetnik ne smije prekršiti nijedan lokalni, federalni ili državni zakon. Roditelji/staratelji moraju obavijestiti službenike Kućnog zatvora o bilo kojem kršenju pravila programa.

Maloljetnik mora slušati sva razumna pravila koja je postavio roditelj/staratelj.
Porodica mora obavijestiti službenike Kućnoog zatvora o bilo kojoj promjeni adrese prije preseljenja.
Nisu dozvoljene posjete prijatelja osim ako su roditelji kod kuće da mogu nadgledati, i nisu dozvoljeni kasni večernji izlasci sve vrijeme dok traje program.
Nisu dozvoljene vanškolske aktivnosti ako ih prethodno nisu odobrili službenici kućnog zatvora.

Opšta pravila elektroničkog nadzora
Maloljetnik mora da puni bateriju EM/GPS narukvice 2 sata svaki dan.
Maloljetnik i njegova porodica smatraće se odgovornim ako se izgubi ili ošteti EM/GPS oprema.
Cijena zamjene narukvice iznosi 1000$.
Cijena zamjene punjača iznosi 75$.
Maloljetnik ne smije EM/GPS narukvicu podroniti pod vodu.
Smije je nositi dok se tušira.
Dok traje elektronski nadzor maloljetnik ne smije napuštati svoj dom u periodu od 23:00 do 6:00.
*Prelazak na sledeći nivo zavisiće od slobodne procjene službenika kućnog pritvora na osnovu ponašanja maloljetnika u programu.
