Battering is a behavior that is learned. Some batterers learn to exercise this behavior by observing their own parents or peers, through misinterpretation of religious teachings, or through the media's portrayal of women being controlled and abused as a normal behavior. Typically batterers learn that when they abuse, there are very few, if any, negative consequences. Victims frequently do not report the abuse because they fear that the batterer will be even angrier and will harm them further, and they have lost faith in the judicial system.
Contrary to popular belief, batterers do have control of their abusive behavior. When they strike their partner, they are not loosing control but exercising it. Batterers choose when, where, and how to strike their partner - usually in the privacy of the home when there are few if any witnesses. They choose which part of the body to strike so as to hide apparent evidence from others - parts like the torso, arms, or legs are typical targets as they can easily be hidden by clothing. In addition, batterers choose on whom to exercise control. Batterers generally wouldn't hit their boss unless they wanted to get fired, nor would they hit a police officer unless they wanted to go to jail.

La agresión es un comportamiento que se aprende. Algunos agresores aprenden a ejercer este comportamiento al observar a sus propios padres o a sus pares, a través de la mala interpretación de enseñanzas religiosas, o a través de la descripción de las mujeres en los medios, controladas y abusadas como parte de un comportamiento normal. Típicamente, los agresores aprenden que, cuando abusan, hay pocas consecuencias negativas, o tal vez ninguna. Las víctimas con frecuencia no informan del abuso, porque temen que el agresor se enfade todavía más y las lastime aún más, y han perdido la fe en el sistema judicial.
Al contrario de lo que dicen las creencias populares, los agresores sí tienen control sobre su comportamiento abusivo. Cuando golpean a su pareja, no pierden el control, sino que lo ejercen. Source text - English Lice are small insects that live on humans and survive by feeding on blood. They are very contagious and are usually spread by close personal contact or through shared clothing or personal items (combs, brushes, hats, helmets, earphones and bedding).
Itching is the most common symptom of lice infestation, and usually begins a week or more after lice infest the person.
Head lice eggs (called nits) are brown before they hatch and white to light brown after hatching. They are usually found in hair, most often on the nape of the neck and behind the ears.
If you or your children have lice, take the following steps immediately to stomp them out and keep them from spreading:
- Ask RS for lice shampoo and lice treatment spray right away. Carefully follow the instructions when using these products.
- Immediately wash all bed linens, towels and clothes in hot water (including hats, scarves, jackets, and sweaters).
- Spray your mattresses, mattress covers, pillows and pillow covers with the lice treatment spray. Plan on being out of your room for 1-2 hours after spraying.
- Stuffed animals, pillows and other items that shouldn’t go in the washing machine should be put into the dryer at the hottest setting for 20 minutes or be taken to a dry cleaner.
- Spray hair brushes and combs and soak overnight in the lice treatment.
- Vacuum your room (and car if applicable) thoroughly.
- Wash your hair and your child/ren’s hair thoroughly with lice killing shampoo.
- Inform RS when your linens have been washed and your room has been sprayed.
- Return left over product(s) to RS.
- Do not use playroom until all steps are completed and heads have been checked and there are no signs of nits.

Translation - Spanish Los piojos son insectos pequeños que viven en los humanos y que sobreviven alimentándose con sangre. Son muy contagiosos y usualmente se propagan por contacto personal o al compartir vestimenta o artículos de uso personal (peines, cepillos, gorros, cascos, audífonos y ropa de cama).
El síntoma más común de la infestación con piojos es la picazón, y usualmente comienza tras una semana, o más de una semana después de que una persona está infestada de piojos.
Los huevos de los piojos capilares (llamados liendres) son de color castaño en el período de incubación, y de color blanco o castaño claro después del nacimiento. Usualmente se encuentran en el cabello, más a menudo en la nuca y detrás de las orejas.
Si usted o sus niños tienen piojos, tome los siguientes pasos de inmediato para eliminarlos e impedir que se propaguen:
- Pídale de inmediato a la Especialista Residente champú antipiojos y tratamiento de piojos en aerosol. Cuando utilice estos productos, siga las instrucciones cuidadosamente.
- Lave inmediatamente toda la ropa de cama, toallas y ropa en agua caliente (incluyendo gorros, bufandas, chaquetas y suéters).

Por lo anterior, se le invita a informar a los socios y/o accionistas que integran su representada que deberán solicitar su inscripción ante el Registro Federal de Contribuyentes en las Administraciones de Asistencia al Contribuyente, para lo cual deberá acudir el Socio o Accionista con la siguiente documentación en original y copia para su cotejo:
1.-Identificación oficial vigente.
2.-Acta de Nacimiento o CURP.

I am instantly dazed
by the houses
the unpredictable barns

or a simple car-wash

absolutely out of all proportion in a place like this
and still beautiful
I spend half of the day trying to find the tree
and only when I look at my pictures
do I realize
I have already found it many times
there are many lone trees in this place
there’s the lone tree at the cemetery
the first place I come across on entering the town
there’s the water tank
a blue lone tree against the bluest sky
and there’s also me
of course
I am the loneliest tree of all
