Italian term

Il pelo o il capello nascono

Italian to English Marketing Cosmetics, Beauty Hair loss treatment

Could this literally be a sentence beginning "The skin or the hair..."? It seems odd and vague in a paragraph designed to spark the customer's interest in a highly researched hair loss product.

Strands of hair are born

Literally "body hair and hair are born", but in English we usually don't distinguish since we use "hair" for both.

Depends on the context. "Born" is more personal voice good for marketing and commercial. As a more technical alternative I would probably go with "formed"

Created maybe better than born?
