إذا تخلف المدعي عن الحضور الجلسة المحددة لنظر الدعوى حكمت المحكمة في الدعوى إذا كانت صالحة للحكم فيها وإلا قررت شطبها وتعتبر الدعوى كأن لم تكن إذا لم يعلن أحد الخصوم الخصم الآخر بالسير في الدعوى خلال خمسة عشرة يومًا من شطبها.
مادة (6):
تنظر المحكمة الدعوى دون التقيد بقواعد قانون المرافعات المدنية والتجارية، إلا ما يتعلق منها بالضمانات والمبادئ الأساسية في التقاضي.
وللمحكمة أن تدعو - بناءً على طلب الخصوم أو من تلقاء نفسها - من ترى حاجة لسماع شهادته أو الاستعانة بخبرته، كما يجوز لها إدخال الورثة أو من ترى إدخاله من غير الخصوم.
مادة (7):
تعقد المحكمة جلسة أو أكثر كل أسبوع في الأيام المحددة، ويجوز أن تعقد جلساتها في غير هذه الأيام حسبما تقتضيه سرعة الفصل في الدعوى.
مادة (8):
لا يجوز للمحكمة أن تؤجل نظر الدعوى إلا عند الضرورة ولمدة لا تزيد عن أسبوع ولا يجوز التأجيل لذات السبب أكثر من مرة.
مادة (9):
يصدر الحكم مشتملاً على أسباب موجزة يشار إليها في محضر الجلسة.
مادة (10):
على وزير العدل والشؤون القانونية تنفيذ هذا القانون ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية، ويُعمل به بعد ثلاثين يومًا من تاريخ نشره.

In case of the plaintiff absence from the specified session of claim, the court shall judge the case if it be valid otherwise revokes it and considered as void if one of the litigants did not inform the other one with the claim within fifteen days of its revoke.
Article 6:
The court shall judge the claim hereunder without being confined to the civil and commercial procedural law except for what is relevant to main guarantees and principles in filing a case.
The court shall summon – according to the request of litigants or by its own decision-whoever is needed for witness or expertise ,any of the heirs or whomsoever other than litigants.
Article 7:
The court shall hold one or more sessions every week in the specified days, it shall have the right to hold its sessions other than these days according to timely disposition of cases.
Article 8:
The court shall not postpone a case except when necessary for a period not exceeding one week and postponement shall not be for the same grounds more than once.
Article 9:
The judgment shall be rendered including briefed grounds which are indicated in the session record.
Article 10:

Source text - Arabic The young Egyptian doctor could not believe the Prophet had said it. The Hadith contradicted everything he had learned about disease and standards of hygiene in Cairo's modern Qasr AI-Ayni Medical School. 'If a fly lands in your drink, push it all the way, under, then throw the fly out and drink. On one of the fly's wings is disease, on the other is its cure.' Such were the words of the Prophet as Tawfiq Sidqi found them. Sidqi was a committed Muslim. He had memorized the Qur'an as a boy and wrote regular contributions to Cairo's burgeoning journal scene, defending Islam against Christian missionary efforts in Egypt during the 1890s and the early 1900s. But even after sharing his doubts with his mentor, the great Muslim reformist scholar Rashid Rida, the young doctor could not escape an alarming conclusion: the Hadiths of the Sunni tradition were little more than fable. The Sunna as a whole, he would write in a controversial 1906 article, was only ever meant for the Arabs of the Prophet's time. From that point on, Muslims were meant to rely on the Qur'an and reason alone to find their way. Another protégé of Rida in Cairo, Mahmud Abu Rayya, was similarly disturbed by the supposedly sahih Hadiths he read. The Hadith of the Fly was found in the Sahih al-Bukhari, which Sunnis claimed was 'the most authentic book after the Qur'an: The book and its compiler, Bukhari, who had been a leading student of Ibn Hanbal, enjoyed almost sacred status. Yet another troubling Hadith from this collection told how, when the Devil hears the call to prayer, 'he flees, farting.' Abu Rayya could not accept that the Prophet would say something so vulgar and ridiculous. Still another Hadith quoted the Prophet telling his followers that, after the sun set, it went before the throne of God and prostrated itself. This Hadith came from the Sahih Muslim, a Hadith collection considered second only to Sahih al-Bukhari in reliability. Like the Hadith of the Fly, this report was clearly scientifically impossible. Sidqi died of typhus in 1920, at the age of only thirty-nine. Writing about his late classmate, Abu Rayya recalled how he had been called a kafir, an infidel, for doubting a Hadith from Sahih al-Bukhari.
Medieval Muslim scholars had looked at these same Hadiths with perplexity. Ninth-century Mutazila scholars had dismissed the Hadith of the Fly as absurd because it seemed rationally impossible for both a disease and its cure to coexist on the same object. A twelfth-century Sunni judge from Cordoba wondered what the Devil luting' could mean, and medieval ulama found the Hadith of the Sun Prostrating puzzling. How does the sun, an orb, 'prostrate itself? It has no knees or joints. Like Aristotle and Augustine, Muslim scholars knew the earth was a sphere.' In the course of one of their basic duties - calculating prayer times in various locales – they had noticed that the sun is always visible somewhere, rising and setting at different times depending on latitude and longitude. When would it be free to engage in this prostration before the throne of God? Though Sidqi, Abu Rayya and these medieval scholars pondered the same perplexing segments of scripture, their reactions could hardly have been more different. Whereas Hadiths like that of the Fly collapsed Sidqi's and Abu Rayya's faith in the reliability of the Hadith corpus as a whole, they had posed little threat to medieval Sunnis. These classical scholars had dismissed the Mutazila's objection to the Hadith of the Fly as the byproduct of their heretical empowerment of human reason over a submission to revealed text and divine knowledge. Medieval Sunnis further affirmed that Hadith's authenticity and the truth of its contents by noting that antidotes to snake venom often used flesh from the snake itself. The Cordoban judge pondering Satan's flatulence noted that it might well be a rhetorical device intended to express the Devil's intense hatred for the call to the remembrance of God. Others speculated that perhaps this was a desert allusion to his rapid flight, just as horses inevitably break wind if they bolt into a sudden run (a fact omitted in films, no doubt due to its undramatic effect).4 While Sidqi and Abu Rayya agonized over what they could only conclude was a crude medieval forgery foisted on the masses before the discoveries of modern astronomy, the prominent thirteenth century Damascene scholar Nawawi concluded that the Hadith of the Sun Prostrating must be referring to a metaphorical prostration - the sun's submission to God's will through the order of His creation. As the Qur'an reads in a highly poetic passage: 'The stars and the trees bow down' (55:6). Sometimes medieval exegetes simply admitted that they had no answers to explain perplexing Hadiths. But this was their failing, they felt, and no more than an unsmoothed wrinkle in the pages of scripture. In the fifteenth century, Ibn Hajar convened his finest students in Cairo to assist him in completing his monumental, fifteen-volume commentary on Sahih al-Bukhari. When they came to a Hadith recounting how.`God created Adam, and he was sixty arms tall,' and that, after Adam fell, 'mankind has continued to shrink since that time,' Ibn Hajar noticed a problem. The houses he had seen carved out of cliffs by ancient, bygone peoples were the same size as those in his own time. Their inhabitants had not been any taller than his fellow Cairenes. Ibn Hajar admitted frankly that `to this day, I have not found how to resolve this problem' and promptly moved on to the next Hadith.'
Translation - English لم يصدق الطبيب المصري الشاب أن الرسول قال هذا، ويناقض الحديث كل ما تعلمه عن الأمراض و معايير النظافة التي درسها في كلية القصر العيني بالقاهرة.
حيث قال الرسول " إِذَا وَقَعَ الذُّبَابُ فِي إِنَاءِ أَحَدِكُمْ فَامْقُلُوهُ فَإِنَّ فِي أَحَدِ جَنَاحَيْهِ دَاءً وَفِي الآخَرِ شِفَاءً وَإِنَّهُ يَتَّقِي بِجَنَاحِهِ الَّذِي فِيهِ الدَّاءُ فَلْيَغْمِسْهُ كُلَّهُ " كما اكتشفها توفيق صدقي، وكان صدقي مسلماً ملتزماً، وقد حفظ القرآن منذ طفولته وكتب عدة مقالات و أرسلها إلى مجلة القاهرة المزدهرة يدافع فيها عن الإسلام ضد الجهود التبشيرية المسيحية في مصر خلال عام ١٨٩٠م و أوائل ١٩٠٠م.
حتى بعد أن أفصح الدكتور الشاب لمعلمه المسلم راشد رياض، أحد كبار العلماء، عن شكوكه فهو ما زال لا يستطيع أن يتخلص من الاستنتاج المروع بأن هذا الحديث يشتمل على بعض البهتان. وأنه سوف يكتب في مقال جدلي عام 1906م بأن السُنة كانت مصدر الحياة للعرب في عهد الرسول، ومن هذا المقام فإن المسلمين كانوا يعتمدون على القرآن ليهتدوا.
انزعج أيضًا محمود أبو ريه وهو ربيب آخر للعالم رضا .. بما يسمى صحيح الحديث الذي قرأه، و قد ورد حديث الذبابة في صحيح البخاري والذي يعتبره أهل السُنة من أكثر المصادر الموثوقة بعد القرآن، و يحظى كلًا من صحيح البخاري و مؤلفه البخاري، تلميذ ابن حنبل، القدسية، ومما أزعج أبو ريّه أيضًا حديث الرسول الذي ورد فيه أن الشيطان يضرطن عند سماع الأذان و لم يتخيل أن الرسول يتلفظ مثل هذا اللفظ البذيء و المثير للسخرية، وحديث آخر للرسول الذي يخبر به أتباعه أنه عند غروب الشمس فإنها تذهب و تسجد لعرش الله.
قد ورد هذا الحديث في صحيح مسلم و الذي يعتبر أحد المصادر الموثوقة بعد صحيح البخاري، فهذا الحديث مثل حديث الذبابة فكلاهما مستحيل علمياً. و توفى صدقي عقب اصابته بالتيفوس عام ١٩٢٠م عن عمر يناهز تسعة و ثلاثون عامٍ. و كتب عنه أبو ريّه قائلاً أنه كان يسمى كافرًا لتشكيكه بالأحاديث الواردة بصحيح البخاري.
نظر علماء المسلمين في القرون الوسطى إلى تلك الأحاديث بعين الحيرة، وقد رفض علماء المعتزلة في القرن التاسع عشر حديث الذبابة واعتبروه غير معقول لاستحالة فهمه فكيف يجتمع الداء والدواء في شيء واحد؟
تساءل قضاة السُنة بقرطبة في القرن الثاني عشر عن المعنى المقصود من ملاط الشيطان، و وجد علماء القرون الوسطى أن حديث الشمس به غموض. فكيف لجرم سماوي أن يسجد؟ فهي ليست لها ركبتين أو مفاصل.
فقد عرف علماء المسلمين مثل أرسطو و أوغسطين، الشمس على أنها كرة أرضية، و لاحظوا خلال عملهم على حساب أوقات الصلاة في مختلف الأماكن أن الشمس دائمًا ساطعة في بعض الأماكن فهي تعتمد في مشرقها ومغربها على خطوط الطول والعرض.
فكيف يتثنى لها السجود أمام عرش الرحمن؟ و قد تأمل صدقي و أبو ريّه وبعض علماء المسلمين تلك النصوص المحيرة في الحديث و قد جاءت ردود فعلهم على منحنى مختلف.
تسبب حديث الذبابة في إفساد عقيدة كلاً من صدقي و أبو ريه في مدى مصداقية الحديث وقد شكلوا تهديداً لعلماء السنة بالقرون الوسطى.
رفض علماء العصر الحديث اعتراض المعتزلة على حديث الذبابة واعتبروها محاولة لتمكين العقل البشري ليتغلب على الطاعة والإذعان للنصوص والمعرفة الإلهية، وأشاد علماء السُنة بالقرون الوسطى بقدسية الحديث ومصداقيته وأشاروا إلى أن سموم الأفاعي تستخلص من لحم الأفاعي نفسه.
تأمل قضاة قرطبة حديث ضراط الشيطان ولاحظوا أنه من الممكن أن يكون أسلوب بلاغي لإظهار بْغض الشيطان الشديد للأذان، وخمن البعض أنها قد تكون تلميح لفراره السريع كالخيل التي تتعدى الريح عند فرارها فجأة (حقيقة حُذفت من الأفلام، ولا شك نظرًا لتأثيرها الغير مثير).
حينما كان يناضل كلًا من صدقي وأبو رية فإن ما استطاعوا استنتاجه ما كان إلا تزييفًا صريحًا راجعًا للعصور الوسطى وقُدم للجمهور قبل اكتشافات علم الفلك الحديث؛ حيث استنتج باحث القرن الثالث عشر الدمشقي الواعد "النواوي" أن الحديث عن سجود الشمس ما هو إلا سجودًا مجازيًا فيه دلالة على خضوع الشمس لإرادة خالقها من خلال أمره بأن تكون. كما جاء في القرآن " وَالنَّجْمُ وَالشَّجَرُ يَسْجُدَانِ" (سورة الرحمن:6)

تمهيد
حيث أن الطرفان لديهما الخبرة العملية ويمتلكان الآليات والمعدات والكوادر الفنية التي تمكنهما من تنفيذ مشاريع بالمملكة العربية السعودية ونظراً لرغبة الطرفين في أن يتعاونا ويتشاركا فيما بينهما فقد اتفقا الطرفان وهما بكامل الأهلية المعتبرة شرعا ونظاما على ما يلي:-

اتفق الطرفان على أن يقوم كل منهما بالاشتراك في تنفيذ المشروعات القائمة والمستقبلية التي يراها الطرفين مناسبة وفقاً لما يراه كل طرف منهما على حسب إمكانياته العملية , وبموجب هذا العقد يقر كلاً من الطرفين بأنه اطلع على كافة العقود الخاصة بالمشروعات المذكورة أعلاه قبل توقيع هذا العقد .
ثالثاً: مدة العقد:
يبدأ العمل بهذا العقد من تاريخ توقيعه ويظل ساري المفعول حتى يتوصل الطرفين إلى اتفاق آخر أو عند إخلال أحد الطرفين ببنود هذا العقد وقد اتفق الطرفين أنه عند الانتهاء من تنفيذ كافة المشاريع القائمة وعدم الدخول في أي مشاريع جديدة يحق لأي من الطرفين إنهاء هذا العقد بموجب إشعار الطرف الآخر كتابياً خلال مدة ( 90يوم ) من تاريخ الإشعار.
رابعاً : اتفق الطرفين على أن الأصول الثابتة في هذا العقد ملكا لهما مناصفة بنسبة (50%) خمسون بالمائة لكل طرف وعند انتهاء هذا العقد أو فسخه بأي طريقة كانت يتم تقسيم كافة الأصول والمعدات والكوادر الفنية والعمالة مناصفة بنفس نسب الأصول المشار إليها أعلاه باتفاق وتراضي الطرفين على النحو المناسب لهما .

By virtue of this contract, both parties acknowledge that they have reviewed all the contracts of the aforementioned projects before affixing their hands to sign this contract.
Third: Contract Term:
The contract shall be effective from the date of its signature and shall be valid until the parties conclude another agreement or when one of the parties breaches the terms hereof. The parties have agreed that upon execution of all existing projects and not engaging into any new projects, either party may terminate this contract by notifying the other party in writing within a period of (90 days) from the date of notification.
Fourth: Both parties have agreed that the fixed assets herein shall be 50% fifty percent, for each party at the expiry of this contract or its termination in any way, all assets, equipment, technical cadres and labor shall be divided equally into halves by the same percentages of assets referred to above. Both parties have compromised on way appropriate for them.

1 Constitution
(1) Schedule 2A to the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (c. 39) (National Lottery
Commission) shall be amended as follows.
(2) For paragraph 2(1) substitute—
“(1) The Commission shall consist of at least five members, appointed by
the Secretary of State.”
(3) For paragraph 4 substitute—
“4 (1) The Secretary of State shall appoint a member of the Commission as
chairman.
(2) A member of the Commission who is also an employee of the
Commission may not be appointed as chairman.
(3) The chairman shall hold and vacate office in accordance with the
terms of his appointment; but—
(a) sub-paragraphs (2) to (5) of paragraph 3 shall apply to the
office of chairman as they apply to the office of member, and
(b) if the chairman ceases to be a member he shall cease to be

بالنسبة للمحركات تم توريد عدد (6) والمطلوب عدد (12) حسب المخطط.

Forensic entomology is considered the science that apply to entomology in criminal investigations, due to the usage of insects as an evidence to substantiate the crime that is often one of violence crimes or to specify the Post Mortem Interval (PMI). Forensic Entomology can be used in many fields such as discovering murder crimes, committing suicide and rape, in some cases, sudden death or movement accidents.
Insects are deemed the living organisms having large number and variation, where they exist in all wild environments. There are two groups of insects that are attracted to corpse and may have a great significance in obtaining criminal information; they are Beetles rom the Order Coleoptera, and Flies from the Order Diptera. Both groups are multifarious and manifold and are considered one of the first insects to visit the corpse.
Many factors affects the rate of decomposition of corpses in addition to insects' hovering on corpses like temperature, season, existence and variety of insects, cremation, burial or dangling. Season sequence with the difference they contain in terms of climate circumstances affecting the biodiversity in any geographical area from which the insects are drawn to the corpses. Existence of clothes is one of the factors that affects the insect fluctuation as the existence of clothes affects the temperature and humidity of the corpse. Furthermore, existence of clothes has an impact on species of insects that are gravitated towards the corpse as well as insects' fluctuation on the corpse.

Rubber gloves rated for the voltage you are working with.

Dear All
I am thrilled to be applying for the opportunity to become a Translator. Enthusiastic and hardworking Arabic<>English translator, linguist, editor, and teacher. I completed a bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages from Sohag University, specializing in English with studying supplementary languages like French and Latin. Beyond this, I completed my Master of Education in English language methodology. My passion for translation pushed me forward to steer my Doctorate of Education to the link between teaching and translation on how to develop students’ translation skills and cross-cultural awareness.
In addition to teaching English as a Foreign Language, I worked for manifold companies and offices all over the world, collaborating in gigantic projects and providing assistance in the AI field. Besides, I participated in compiling specialized dictionaries and helped in MT development. Moreover, I have completed my MEd and I am preparing my EdD in English language methodology. I believe that with my somewhat peculiar background and collection of skills, I can be of great use to create in this role. Growing up, I studied English and Arabic languages profoundly with little Latin and French. This, combined with a natural love of and talent for languages, allowed me to pick up and attain fluency in English and Arabic specifically. I would develop and expand this ability even further throughout my education and working career.
I can be relied on to translate all kinds of legal documents due to my expanded experience in it, technical documents like corporate earnings reports, instruction manuals. I can also translate more material, like emails, correspondences, education, life science, CVs, financial and website localization.
