"Prevalentemente" de momento no lo he encontrado asociado directamente a la anamnesis. Te pego algunos enlaces donde sí se habla de anamnesi indiretta.

Mi viene in mente che forse potresti dire anche "anamnesi indiretta predominante". Infatti il termine si usa per altri tipi di disturbi.
