Law on University

„HUMBOLTOV KLUB SRBIJE

without any consultation with university representatives, gives the government the
power to appoint and replace university heads and deans and in the same
manner deans the power to appoint and replace professors and assistants.“

“CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPEAN DIRECTORY ON-LINE

Decree: Law on Universities Year: 1998
Decree: Law on University (Montenegro) Year: 1992”

ili prema EURYDICE (The information network on education in Europe):
“Focus on the Structure of Higher Education in Europe 2004/05 - National Trends in the Bologna Process

Legislative and/or official references:

University Act

No doubt about it. Laws passed by legislatures are formally called "acts" in English, the word "act" almost always coming at the end of the whole phrase (e.g. "Fetus Farming Prohibition Act").
