Secondary School Certificate
Dear fellow translators,
Apologies for the fact that I do not speak Serbian. I am translating a secondary school certificate for a student in Serbia (City of Belgrade).
The following comes at the end of the certificate along with both of their signatures.
Maître de classe,
Vladimir Minić, *m.p.*
Directeur,
Kosta Panić, *m.p.*
Many thanks as always.

"In many of the states, instead of sealing deeds, writs, and other papers or documents requiring it, a scroll is made in which the letters L. S. are printed or written, which is an abbreviation of Locus Sigilli. This in some of the states has all the efficacy of a seal, but in others it has no such effect".
