Предлагаю употребить французское написание - у французов оно означает именно то, что Вам надо, а англоязычным будет все понятно.

А если переведете в лоб по-английски (animator), то тоже будет хорошо - из контекста понятно, что это не мультипликатор, а немного иронии, видимо, будет уместно.

This is the official term used in some tourist brochures, meaning someone who provides entertainment by involving people in activities - competitions, games etc.

This term has to a large extent been absorbed into the broader term "holiday rep(resentative)" or simply "rep". One of the rep's roles is to keep the holidaymakers (on a package tour) happy and entertained.

So the person responsible for entertainment is often referred to as the "rep", though "entertainment officer" is of course a more precise term.
