Hello. Can anyone help with the following?
При обращении диагнозы гипердинамическийс-м, ЗРР на резидуально органическом фоне.
I'm happy that гипердинамическийс-м, ЗРР, translates as minimal brain dysfunction but how would the rest of the diagnosis be translated? '...with residual organic functionality'?
This forms part of a case study on child psychology. It's for a US audience.
