Нет... ...это все не то. Вот именно мне нужно не "действовать на нервы" (не продолжительность действия), а испортил нервы (одноразовое действие) Ну вот например как сказать Этот человек меня конкретно достал и вчера очень серьезно испортил мне нервы (вывел меня просто из себя)?

If the context is fairly informal and colloquial the above might do the trick.
It also preserves the idea in the Russian that "damage to the nerves/head/psyche" has resulted from this person's antics...

If you want to make it stronger you can add a qualifier:
"completely did my head in..."
