Nobody forbids this dept to occasionally purchase 2 new trucks or cranes, while monitoring supplies and renewing orders...
Routine, day-to-day job ... а по-русски материально-техническое снабжение - чтобы всем всего хватало и чтобы на складе был достаточный запасец...
