I believe that this is a misprint, it should read "универсалистский", which, I suppose, here means "related to universalism"

Honestly, I don't know why not) The idea of this posting was to show that, from my perspective, универсалистский has something to do with универсализм, other words might be far from ideal, so thanks for a variant.
