Russian term

противопоставление универсалиским культурным нормам

Russian to English Art/Literary Linguistics Document on history of language
Am I being confused by a misprint here or can anyone give me a correct translation of универсалиский ?
Thanks!

универсалистский

I am pretty sure that is what it should be spelled like.
Meaning "universal" cultural norms, as in accepted by most people

agree Maksym Nevzorov : yes, it is most probably a misprint - I believe this is an adjective from "универсалист"

contraposition to the cultural standards of universlists(universalism)

I believe that this is a misprint, it should read "универсалистский", which, I suppose, here means "related to universalism"

Honestly, I don't know why not) The idea of this posting was to show that, from my perspective, универсалистский has something to do with универсализм, other words might be far from ideal, so thanks for a variant.
