А нельзя сказать "The Presiding Judge admonishes the Defendant's representative for violation of the order...?

An admonition is direction, warning or advice from a judge. A judge can admonish anyone in the courtroom, including defendants, prosecutors, witnesses and spectators.

In fact, I think the usual wording would be "procedural irregularities".
