Подскажите, пожалуйста, соответствующий англ. термин. Emissive слишком похоже на кальку, а issued тоже вроде не совсем то. Спасибо заранее.

: If you look for "emission of securities" on Google you will find nothing but Russian or former Russian republic references. On the other hand, "emission of semen" has a large number of references, thereby demonstrating the usual connotation in English.
