Just a name of a Soviet computer
It was a large computer, a mainfraim.
I think you may just transliterate it.

: именно mainframe - 2 полномерных шкафа + отдельная гермозона для магнитных дисков. Кроме того это управляющая ЭВМ для АСУТП с отдельным шкафом для УСО (устрв связи с объектом). Мини - это в отличие от БЭСМ (Б=большая) и др., которые занимали целый зал.

Well, if you translate word-by-word the abbreviation CM it would be System of Small ..., but as everyone referred to these machines by the abbreviation only the Jack\'s \"SM-2 computers\" is the answer.
