events venues
Also: events facilities
Pls Google on numerous reliable hits
Depending on the context, the words "property" or "real estate" (=Immobilien) probably don't need to feature in the translation.

The term "events venues" is indeed sometimes shortened to "venues" (which inherently implies that people come there to do and see things!) - in which case your reference could be translated "positioning of (the) venues on (the) venues market"

Note from asker:
Thank you. I do like this answer as one of the company's divisions is "Venues". I am not sure how to answer Steffen's comment. Another reference is: Positionierung der Veranstaltungsimmovilien auf dem Veranstaltungsmarkt. |

exhibition property
it depends upon the overall context of the source document, of course, but it shoul be something of that kind.

Thank you. I finally chose David's suggestion as it fit the context better. |

Steffen Walter
: Too specific since exhibition is only one type of event. Think congresses, concerts etc. / The context added does not provide any additional insights, so I stand by my comment.

Well, Steffen, have a look at 'Notes to answerer' in David's answer. Not so sure if we can widen the term here to extent of 'event / venue' after the additional context received. It sounds too wide IMHO.

Depending on how literal this has to be, this could also work
