Es wird jetzt als erstes eine subacromiale Deperiostierung mit dem ArthroCare vorgenommen (Eliminator), welcher über anterolateralen Zugang eingebracht wird.
Hier geht es um eine Arthroskopie bei Impingement Syndrom. Ich hatte "Deperiostierung" eigentlich zuerst einfach mit "deperiostomy" übersetzt, wollte dann aber doch noch mal überprüfen ob das stimmt. Und siehe da, es scheint nicht zu stimmen, zumindest finde ich den Begriff nirgends. Könnt Ihr bitte weiterhelfen???
