custom designed to fit (or match) the shape of (one's/your) body
Since the ST isn't a complete sentence anyway, I would go with the adjective here (custom designed, customized, custom built) -- sounds a bit more natural than the noun in English.
You could also use "physique" in place of body shape/size.

: I would use the whole explanation given by Charles as it should retain the fact that it customised in terms of ergonomics/size, rather than design/embellishment

custom-made to fit the furniture carcass
It seems to me that the main question here is whether the Körpergröße refers to the size of the piece of furniture or the size of the user. I see that this manufacturer's website http://www.bruckmueller-wohnen.at/ (difficult as it is to navigate) uses phrases such as "Im design von John Hutton setzt sich die Einzigartigkeit des Menschen im Körper des Möbels fort". In other words, it's not just the user who has a Körper - the furniture has one too. So it's possible that the Körpergröße is referring to the furniture carcass rather than the human user. I'm not saying I'm convinced but it is a possibility - after all, is it usual to have furniture made to the exact body measurements of the user?

: I think the ergonomically deals with the human body, and your suggestion with that of the furniture. Otherwise it would be a tautological source sentence.

Charles Stanford
: I think it is unlikely here that the Koerper would relate to the body of the furniture - the "auf die jeweilige Körpergröße ergonomisch angepasst" is surely just one idea - try Googling "ergonomically adapted to the human body" and you'll see what I mean

I fully appreciate your point, but the manufacturer's own website talks about the "Körper" of the furniture
