This is more about a domestic appliance than a high-tech bakery? The emphasis is more on the type of door of the oven. I think baking trays would fit, I am not sure. Any help would be welcome!!!!

Seems they are saying that in order to close the ovendoor you must first slide back in the trays, etc. Seems reasonable enough.
