German term

German to English Tech/Engineering Furniture / Household Appliances Child Bed Mattress

From a brochure for child bed mattresses. The only thing I can find for "Punktelastizität" is "point elasticity", but I'm none too convinced about it. But maybe it's the right term (though I wouldn't have a clue what it is). But if not, what is? TIA for your help.
