wind turbine questionnaire
Hello,
I have the results of a survey to companies running wind parks regarding service by wind turbine manufacturers. It gives "categories", followed by the rating, so not a huge amount of context around the term, which is *Kulanzbereitschaft*. This is the last "category" on the list. (The term before is "Verbesserungen ohne besonderen Auftrag"). Am I right in thinking Kulanzbereitschaft is something along the lines of "courtesy service"?
Thanks!

Willingness to compromise; willingness to show goodwill
The "willingness" is the key here, I think. All it evidently means is that the companies are being asked to evaluate their suppliers as to their "customer service" attitudes.
