The True Up process begins when a site is ready to be presented to CW and ends with the final invoice submittal and customer acceptance.The main goal of the True Up Process is to ensure that each sales order line items is correct, agreed to by the customer and returned to Lucent as agreed to on the approved True Up form.True Up Forms need to be prepared internally and presented to the customer on a strict schedule in order to meet Lucent commitments.
