A handwritten document (birth record from 1856) is written on a paper with the following printed at the top: "Fierde Klasse til Documenter efter Stempletpapirs Forordningens § 5 litt. b. 10 Skilling." I assume the fee for such a document was calculated based on the "class" of document involved. I'm not sure how to translate "Stempletpapirs Forordningen" in English. Any suggestions?
