The aim of linearisation is to provide proof that the measuring instrument behaves linearly across its field of application. During the execution, a straight line is constructed from the measuring points of the calibration and checked to see how much the measuring points deviate from this constructed straight line.
https://www.testotis.com/know-how/knowledge-centre/what-is-l...
Sample component relinearization should be performed
• If the linearity deviation exceeds the permissible 1% of span
• If the start of a suppressed measurement range is to be calibrated
• After a component (lamp/ emitter, sample cell, calibration unit / cell, detector) is installed in or removed from a beam path.
We recommend to perform the relinearization of a sample component after measurement range limits have been changed (see “Limas11, Uras26: Notes for Changing Measurement Range Limits” section, page 7-A-3).

• If the above mentioned GLOBAL calibration conditions are not fulfilled, but a recalibration is required, use PROPORTIONAL calibration instead.

The calibration procedure [6] is very important to have reliable values and it consists in:
• zero gas calibration for each component;
• span gas at 95% of full-scale range for each component;
• cross sensitivity of NO and NO2;
• Periodical re-linearization at 250 ppm

Al measuring devices must be subjected to calibration, including linearization. This is a general term for all such Instruments. During my professional activity I had to supervise and to calibrate all laboratory Instruments.

: Looking for re(-)linearization in combination with other words that have nothing to do with the asker's Q is odd, to put it mildly. No one, including the asker, wanted to know about ABB's products.

I like to use references from international companies such as ABB or Sienmens because they are regularly multilingual and also very reliable in English.

Discussion
"Relinearisation" is much better known in English with 401,000 results, but only with "s", the spelling with "z" has only 21,200 results, i.e. one twentieth. (With a hyphen even less. That is why I am in favour of using this spelling.
Obviously, "post-linearisation" is a proper English term. I would formulate it more fluently in German, e.g.: "Auf Seite XY können nachlesen, wann Sie die Linearisierungskurve wieder überprüfen und kalibrieren sollten".
Whether in English or German, the specific procedure is well known. The reason why I have preferably chosen examples from ABB is that ABB pages are usually multilingual. They are therefore particularly suitable for bilingual searches.
