Also As it's obviously some sort of reference, it is probably best left untranslated. I dislike undefined abbreviations as much as the next person, but sometimes they just need to be left as they are.

Es posible que la sigla tenga que ver con una clasificación fiscal, según la cual se puede clasificar la administración/fecha/número de las vacunas. Me cabe pensar, siguiendo esta línea, que una traducción posible sería: Fiscal-Support Cluster, N. 76) o algo por el estilo.

Cabría otra posibilidad si tuviéramos algo más de información, porque lo que tenemos de momento me parece muy poco. Vendría bien más contexto.
