contentiva de tres (3) folios útiles

Muchas gracias nuevamente

Discussion

It means a valid page of the proceedings, a page which contains or reflects a substantial activity inside it. So the cover pages are not folios útiles. It also means that all the pages of a document are a part of it. For instance, when you write that "the present claim comprehends five folios útiles", you're meaning that every page of the document is a true part of it.

perhaps: 'containing useful pages'.

Legal dictionaries do not have contain page as a particular legal term, and the American Heritage College dictionary defines 'page' as "a source or record of knowledge", page 999. Folio is a word count of 100 words in the legal system.

We've had this several times before

I'd just say "pages".

I'm not going to post this as an answer. The question has been asked several times before, so there's no point.
Note from asker:
Thank you, Phil. I read that reference before I posted my question. In my case, there is no text; there are images (passports and Venezuelan identity cards). That's why I asked for help. Thank you for the suggestion. I may go with pages and simply put "three pages attached hereto" or something like that as the statement does not "contain" the photocopies
Can you put "pages" as a formal suggestion so that I can close the question later?
