Le pregunté al cliente, y me dice que quizás "Come Backs" Or "recalls" sería más apropiado . Pero aún así no entiendo lo que significa.
Fíjate que el término está entre comillas - no cabe una traducción literal. Es posible que sea algo específico de las cooperativas de aseguradores.
