English term

non-founding hire

English to Portuguese Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
When a consulting firm offered me a role in Silicon Valley, I accepted the offer and started to work with a publicly traded company on a new marketplace for television and film content. I then landed a role with Zaarly, a Kleiner-Perkins backed startup who made me their first non-founding hire where I focused on growth and user acquisition.

Qualquer ajuda é bem-vinda! Obrigado.

@Todos Encontrei algo ainda melhor: The two most important of those parties are nonfounding hires—people who join the team as employees—and investors, who provide capital...

@Vinícius @Teresa Entendi da mesma forma. Vejam o que encontrei:

"My research shows that a founder who gives up more equity to attract cofounders, nonfounding hires, and investors builds a more valuable company than one who parts with less equity. The founder ends up with a more valuable slice, too. On the other hand, in order to attract investors and executives, entrepreneurs have to give up control over most decision making."
