Sem falar que "presence of mind" é um atributo positivo, uma qualidade.
É raro ver alguém dizendo que uma pessoa teve "presence of mind" para fazer alguma coisa ruim: essa expressão quase sempre é usada para dizer que alguém fez algo bom - a pessoa soube fazer a coisa certa.
