This is Colombian or Venezuelan soap opera that is being translated for the US audience.
It is a conversation between two people where one of them says
Entonces ¿la Rosa Blanco que yo estoy buscando […] y que está buscando mi candelita, es el Doliente?
In the context it would seem that it refers to a diminutive of the name Candela, but since it is not capitalized, I am not sure if it instead refers to a way to say "my precious", "my sweetie" or something similar.
At the same time el Doliente is definitely a nick name for someone, but I am not sure what an appropriate nickname would be. A sort of direct translation would be Sicko, but that doesn't really work for me.

My first thought would be that it could be a literary reference (referring Don Enrique el Doliente or something like that), but it doesn't seem very likely in this context. It's hard to know with so little context. Just an idea, anyway.

This may be the telenovela "Tres Caínes"? Wiki has a list of the nicknames of the main characters but this isn't one of them.
