Daily liaison with in country Contractor Project Management teams, maintaining a dialogue in relation to equipment manufacture status, delivery status of materials, changes to the original Scope of Work.
Follow up on outstanding quotations and cost queries.

Full SAP R3 support for both onshore and offshore teams.

This includes issuing of all requisitions, P.O. & invoice verification.

Creation of Service Entries for all 3rd party service and rentals.

Participation in SNS weekly planning meeting with logistics provider to convey Well Interventions intensions with regard to offshore shared marine & helicopter requirements for the forthcoming week.
